Equity & Inclusion Commission Community Education Event

Join members of the Equity & Inclusion Commission for a night of community and education. Three local organizations will present information on LGBTQIA+ issues and resources:

PFLAG/Geneva-Tri-Cities is a local chapter of a national organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQIA+ people and those who love them. They will share some basic education about the community, how to be a better ally, and information about the work they do.
Dr. Jessica Lapinski is a direct primary care practice doctor based in Bloomingdale. She will present on health care for LGBTQIA+ people and share information about her medical practice and advocacy work.
Belong Fox Valley is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating an inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Fox Valley area. They will share their story and information about their resources and event programming.
