Property owners located within the Downtown Snow District are required to remove snow and ice from sidewalks as outlined in the City’s Municipal Code. Property owners outside the Downtown Snow District are not required by code to remove snow from sidewalks but are encouraged to do so in an effort to improve mobility during the winter season.
