4. Administrator’s Report:

  • Receipts and Disbursements Report Presentation
    i.   Expenditure Approval of Disbursements as Presented
  • Paramedic Staffing Update
  • New Medic 152 & 251 received and placed in service

5. Old Business:

  • New Ford 550 Horton Ambulance placed on order from Foster Coach Sales in June, replacing Medic 252.
  • Discussion regarding a potential reduction in fees paid by the Batavia Fire Protection District due to property annexed into the City of Batavia from the Batavia Fire Protection District.  

6. New Business:

  • Recommendation on approving a resolution to surplus and dispose of a 2016 Ford 550 Horton Ambulance VIN # 1FDUF5HT4GED16537.
  • Recommendation on approving a resolution to surplus and dispose of a 2012 Ford 450 Medtec Ambulance VIN # 1FDUF4HT9CEB33946.
  • Discussion and Recommendation Regarding TCA’s Use of Legal Counsel Other Than the City of St. Charles’ Currently Retained Law Firm.
