An application for Special Use has been submitted to the City by Millco 4060 E Main St LLC for Lot 4 of Pheasant Run Crossing, a vacant lot addressed as 4060 E Main Street, located at the northeast corner of E Main Street & Pheasant Run Drive. Requested is approval of a Special Use for Drive-Through Facility.
The applicant is proposing to develop the property with a single-tunnel automatic car wash.

The St. Charles Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 7:00pm. After closing of the public hearing, the Plan Commission's recommendation will be considered by the City Council Committee of the Whole at a subsequent meeting. Finally, City Council will vote on the application.
