River 504 Rowhomes is a residential project located at the northeast corner of S 1st and Prairie Streets in downtown St. Charles. The developer is J&B Builders. Approved are 8 rowhome units, in 4 two-unit buildings fronting on S 1st Street.

Building permits for the first two units are currently under staff review.
