The morning of Friday, May 15, St. Charles Police Department officers will be perched on top of two local Dunkin' locations from 5 a.m. to noon for the 23rd annual Cop on a Rooftop in support of Special Olympics Illinois. Participating St. Charles locations include:
Customers who donate will be given a coupon for a free donut. Donors giving $10 or more will receive a coupon for a free coffee, and a Law Enforcement Torch Run travel mug (while supplies last).
There also will be raffle tickets and Special Olympics merch for sale.
