PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:
Petition filed by Millco 4060 E Main St LLC, applicant, requesting a Special Use for Drive-Through Facility for the property addressed as 4060 E. Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois which is legally described as follows:
LOT 4 IN PHEASANT RUN CROSSING, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 1 (ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT SURVEY) OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN WAYNE TOWNSHIP, DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 19, 2015 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R2015-092580.

The public hearing will be held at the location identified above. Anyone wishing to be heard for or against the Special Use request may submit statements orally or in writing or both.
