Parking Lot B on the east side of the river in downtown St. Charles will be closed for resurfacing beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, as part of the City of St. Charles’ 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project.
The parking lot is located behind Pollyanna Brewing Co. and Flagship on the Fox, 106 and 100 S. Riverside Ave., respectively. Work is expected to take less than a week, with the lot scheduled to reopen by the end of the day, Friday, Oct. 23, weather permitting. Surrounding businesses will remain open during the project.
Nearby on-street parking, as well as parking lots and garages are available for public parking, including the Walnut Avenue Parking Deck, 1st Street Parking Garage and Deck, North Municipal Building Lot, among others.
