CARES Program

The C.A.R.E.S. Program is a proactive, voluntary assistance program to assist the St. Charles Police better identify residents requiring a specialized response due to a diagnosed physical, emotional or mental health disability. C.A.R.E.S. allows a resident or family member to provide comprehensive information to assist officers when responding to emergency calls for service.

Parking Ticket Review Request
