Construction Hours
Hours for Construction Activity are regulated under City Code Chapter 9.24- Noise.
The time restrictions apply to all types of construction activity, whether or not a building permit is required, and any related deliveries of construction personnel, materials, tools or equipment.

Any property containing a residential dwelling, outside of Mixed Use Area
- 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday- 8:00 am start time for:
- Building Demolitions
- Building Additions
- New Building Construction
Commercial & Industrial Areas
Property within 300 ft. of Residential Areas
(except across Main St., Kirk Rd., Randall Rd.)
