Ryan Bongard

A resident since 2009, Ryan and his wife Stefanie are proud to call St. Charles home. With four sons, a local business, and serving on the City Council, Ryan and his family are very active in the community.
Ryan holds a Bachelors degree in Law & Justice from Concordia University (2004) and a Masters degree in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame (2017). He serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Twelve21 LLC, a private holding and management firm headquartered in St. Charles. He is a member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce as well as the liaison between the City Council and the St. Charles Business Alliance.
Prior to his election in 2021, Ryan served on the St. Charles Zoning Board of Appeals (2020) and previously ran for Alderman in 2019. He has served as a board member for St. Charles Baseball and as President & Treasurer of the Charlemagne HOA.
