Corporate Reserve Residential Development

"The Groves at Corporate Reserve" is a proposed multi-family residential development of a portion of the Corporate Reserve PUD office park. The development is proposed on a 20 acre parcel located north of the intersection of Woodward Drive and Corporate Reserve Blvd.

Lexington Club (Former Applied Composites Site)

The Lexington Club Project is a proposed residential redevelopment of the former Applied Composites Company industrial site located northwest of Downtown St. Charles. The property is generally bounded by Dean Street and Street Street on the south, 5th Street on the east, railroad tracks on the north, and 12th Street on the west. The overall site area is approximately 28 acres.
