The Foxwood Square development is comprised of the City block bound by S. 5th, S. 6th, Indiana and Ohio Avenues. The site is the location of the Raymond Judd House, 309 S. 6th Ave., a City designated Historic Landmark. The Foxwood Square project approved in 2007 included renovating the Judd House to contain two condominium units and constructing 10 townhomes around the house.
The Lexington Club Project is a residential redevelopment of the former Applied Composites Company industrial site located northwest of Downtown St. Charles. The property is generally bounded by Dean Street and Street Street on the south, 5th Street on the east, the former railroad tracks on the north, and 12th Street on the west. The overall site area is approximately 28 acres.
