Sealed bids for the South 4th Street Reconstruction Project were opened April 12, 2012. A Lamp Concrete Contractors Inc. from Schaumburg, Illinois submitted the low bid. A recommendation to accept the low bid will be presented to City of St. Charles Government Services Committee on April 23, 2012.
All residents that are within the affected construction limits will receive a master notification letter describing the projects limits, and anticipated work activities. This letter is typically released once the bidding has been completed and bid results have been approved.
