South 4th Street will be closed due to pavement removal between Horne and Cutler Street starting Monday May 14, 2012. Contractor has been informed that emergency vehicles should have access to residential properties at all times.
Concrete pavement will be removed and replaced with a temporary aggregate base until new concrete is poured on Friday, May 18, 2012.
Cure time for the new concrete pavement will be 7 days. This segment of South 4th should be open to regular traffic May 25, 2012.
All residents that are within the affected construction limits have received a master notification letter describing the projects limits, and anticipated work activities.
