The City of St Charles is replacing an aging water main along Fellows & S. 4th Streets. The intersection and portions of Fellows & 4th Street will be closed Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to allow for the work. These daily road closures will be in effect beginning Sept. 5, 2023, and continuing throughout the project, which is estimated to be completed November 2023. All affected residents have been notified. Drivers should expect traffic delays and are encouraged to take alternate routes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The work has been contracted to A Lamp Concrete Contractors of Schaumburg, IL. Fehr Graham, Inc. is the onsite engineer performing construction inspections and acting as the field liaison.
