Base reclamation work to begin on Monday 8/14/23. See below for detailed construction schedule. Please do not park on the street once the pavement has been removed. Hampton Course:
8/14 Monday – Mill out asphalt and place temporary driveway access ramps
8/15 Tuesday – No work
8/16 Wednesday – Base reclamation with cement
8/17 Thursday – Base reclamation curing
8/18 Friday – Place asphalt binder
Lexington/Liberty/Cranbrook/Lancaster:
8/14 Monday – Landscaping and driveways
8/15 Tuesday – Mill out asphalt and place temporary driveway access ramps – day one
8/16 Wednesday – Mill out asphalt and place temporary driveway access ramps – day two
8/17 Thursday – Base reclamation with cement
8/18 Friday – Base reclamation curing
8/19 Saturday – Pave asphalt binder
Any driveway aprons damaged by construction will be fully replaced by the City. For those residents on Lexington/Liberty/Lancaster/Cranbrook whose driveway was damaged on the house side of the sidewalk, the City will be repaving the full width of the driveway up to the furthest point of the damage. If you would like the remainder of your driveway repaved, Geneva Construction is offering to do the work billing residents at the City’s rate.
