St. Charles Police Department Begins Late-Night Enforcement Crackdown

The St. Charles Police Department announces its late-night plans for the 2015 Labor Day “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Impaired Driving Crackdown focusing on the deadliest time of day for motor vehicle fatalities. The intensified enforcement effort against the overwhelming number of late-night impaired drivers and seat belt law violators emphasizes the disproportionate number of traffic deaths occurring during late-night hours.

Tours, Music, Trivia and Museum Exhibit Highlight the St. Charles Municipal Building’s 75th Anniversary Celebration

Sept. 12, from 1-3 p.m.

The Municipal Building has been a hallmark of the St. Charles landscape since it opened Labor Day weekend in 1940. For 75 years it has majestically stood guard over our community from its perch on Fox.
