Tax Freeze Applications
Tax freeze applications have been mailed out in the Kane County area. If you need help filling them out, call Senior Services to schedule an appointment. They can help you fill it out, notarize it and mail it. Look for the green form in your mail. Without it, they cannot complete application.
Utility Payment Assistance
Do you need assistance paying your gas or electric bills? May is the last month to apply for the “winter” program for LIHEAP. If you think you may be eligible for this benefit, call Senior Services and schedule an appointment. Or contact Community Contacts at 847-697-4400.
