The City of St. Charles offers a variety of services. Residents can call (630) 377-4400 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM to ask questions, request services or report non-emergency situations such as potholes and graffiti. Additionally, an online service request system is available to report issues.
City buildings, parks and streets and more can be located on many of the maps available online.
The City of St. Charles provides electric, water, sewer, and refuse services to residents. Contact the Utilities office at 630.377.4426 to start these services and for information about starting other services provided by outside companies (gas, cable, etc.).
