**News Alert**
We have heard from subscribers with sbcglobal.net or att.net email that our City News may be getting blocked from their inboxes. If you are a subscriber to our City News but have not received our enews in the last few months, there are a few things you can do:
- Check your Spam or Junk folders. If our City News is there, please add it to your Safe Senders List.
- Be sure to add info@stcharlesil.gov and lgarhan@stcharlesil.gov to your list of safe senders.
- Re-subscribe at https://www.stcharlesil.gov/newsletter/subscribe. You should receive a confirmation email when you do, so that you can be confident the email went through.
- If you still don't receive our City News after trying these methods, it may be best to open another email account with a different service, such as gmail, which is free.
