The City of St. Charles Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for fiscal year ending April 30, 2023, is now available to review. The report provides key financial information in a clear, non-technician format. The goal of the report is to make the City's financial information easier to understand.
The PAFR is a streamlined version of the lengthier Comprehensive Annual Financial Report which provides detailed financial information required by the State of Illinois. Both reports have consistently received Certificates of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association.
