Save $50 on the Energy-Saving Nest Smart Thermostat
Program runs through April 30, 2020 or until funds are depleted
The Nest smart thermostat can help you save money on energy; the City can help you save money on the Nest thermostat. Thanks to grant funding from our electricity supplier, the Illinois Municipal Electric Agency, the City is offering a $50 rebate for residential utility customers when they buy and install a Nest smart thermostat. What is the Nest? It’s a Wi-Fi-connected thermostat that learns the daily pattern of your air conditioning or heat settings. It also lets you manage those settings from a computer or smart phone. It will show you how much energy you use, and how to use less. Visit the Nest website https://nest.com/thermostat/meet-nest-thermostat/ to learn more. Download the rebate application from our website here Nest Thermostat Rebate Application.pdf. Applications can be mailed or emailed to Lisa Vielbig at firstname.lastname@example.org.
