Now that the weather is warming up, more people will be out biking, jogging, or walking their dogs. Please remember that St. Charles does have a leash law that requires all pets to be on leashes while off the owner's property, except in a designated off-leash area. The law is for everyone’s safety and enjoyment of our wonderful parks, trails, and walkways. And please pick up after your pets.
