The City offers notary services as a courtesy to residents for city-related business issues including permit applications and city license applications, etc. There is no cost for this service. Simply bring a valid driver's license or state ID and the document, completely filled out but not signed, to the reception area during regular business hours. We are unable to notarize legal documentation for non-city business, including mortgage closing documentation, property deeds, and power of attorney forms, but recommend contacting your attorney or banking institution.
