Charlestowne Lakes a residential development located on the 28-acre property generally located northeast of Charlestowne Mall and south of Foxfield Dr.
The development includes 167 total units (105 townhomes and 62 duplex units) and construction of King Edward Ave. connecting Foxfield Dr. and Smith Rd. The developer is DR Horton.
In March of 2023, City Council approved a PUD Amendment to increase the allowable building height for the townhomes.
