A Special Use Application has been submitted by Joe Vavrina , on behalf of HR Green, to construct a Drive-Through Facility as an accessory use to a Chick-Fil-A resturant at 3795 E Main St. The property was previosuly occupied by the Chili's restruant. The Chili's building will be demoslished as part of the proposed project.
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on 9-6-23 and the Planning and Development Committe reviewed the plans on 9-11-23. Both bodies were in favor of the project. The application will be scheduled for a City Council meeting once plans are resubmitted and reviewed.
