The City has approved a Planned Unit Development known as KFP PUD, for four parcels (2.8 acres) generally located at the northeast corner of E. Main St./Rt. 64 and Dunham Rd. The project involves consolidation of the Circle K and former Corfu properties into a single parcel and demolition of the Circle K and Corfu buildings.
Plans have been approved for a Thorntons gas station to be constructed on the Circle K/Corfu parcels. Planned improvements include a 5,000 sf convenience store and new fuel canopy. Also approved as part of the PUD is cross-access between the Taco Bell, Circle K and Franky's Red Hots parcels, as well as access modifications to the adjacent roadways.
