Final grading and haul off in area north of Illinois Ave.
Pour concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk at Walnut and 8th.
Pour sidewalk on 7th Ave. between South Ave. and Indiana Ave.
Pave asphalt binder on Indiana Ave. and on Walnut Ave.
