General cleanup and landscape preparation. Final layer of asphalt scheduled for the weekend of 9/21

Curb and Sidewalk:

Minor concrete work to continue this week

The project has been substantially completed. Next week, the contractor will be performing landscape restoration in the Harvest Hills area, including general clean-up and construction equipment removal.

Harvest Hills & Renaux Manor Area (Raphael Ct, Red Rose Dr, St Michel Ct, St Michel Ln, Hillsboro Ct, Grand Ridge Rd, Fairmont Ct, Sunbury Dr, Fairhaven Dr, Valley View Dr, Springfield Way, Red Sky Dr, Horizon Dr W, Langston Cir)

For the streets North of Heritage St, next week the contractor is expected to continue paving the final layer of asphalt.

Abbeywood & Meadow Area (Abbeywood Dr, Easton Pl, Pendleton Ct, Brittany Ct, Thornhill Farm Rd, Green Willow Ln, Kensington Pl, Edgewild Ct, Meadow Dr, Crane Rd)

This week, the contractor completed paving in the area.

Curb and Sidewalk:

Concrete curb, sidewalk, and driveway removal and replacement will continue this week. Work impacting driveways will be done in such a way to maintain access while work is ongoing.

Starting at 5pm on Friday 8/16 Swenson will be closed to through traffic between Kirk Rd. and Stetson Ave. for base reclamation work. Work to take place is as follows.
