KFP Planned Unit Development
KFP Family Associates, L.P. has submitted a concept plan application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) generally located at the North East Corner of Main Street and Dunham Road. The plan covers 6 continuous parcels covering approximately 3.5 acres. KFP is proposing to reconfigure the entire 3.5 acre site into a more efficient and synergistic retail/restaurant PUD.
Phase I includes demolishing the existing Circle K building, canopy and vacant Corfu restaurant next door and replace it with a 4,625 square foot Circle K convenience store, new canopy and 8 fuel pumps. Other proposed improvements are related to improving the site circulation and reducing the amount of curb cuts on Route 64.
The Concept Plan was reviewed by the Plan Commission on February 2, 2021 and Planning and Development Committee on February 8, 2021.
