Springs at St. Charles is an approved residential development located on a 27-acre site on the north side of Smith Road at Pheasant Run Trl. The development includes 320 apartment units within 16 two-story buildings. Continental 629 Fund LLC (Continental Properties) is the developer.
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on the zoning applications for this development and recommended approval on April 5, 2022. Planning & Development Committee recommended approval on April 11, 2022. City Council voted to annex the property and approve the zoning applications on June 6, 2022.
