Phase One utility repairs have been completed on all streets.
Phase Two curb and sidewalk repairs have completed on all streets except Ohio Avenue.
Beginning the week of July 21, construction fencing is to be installed and pavement is to be removed in preparation of utility repairs and site grading. The parking lot will be closed between City Hall and the Police Station as of Monday July 21.
The US Mail and utility bill drop boxes have been temporary relocated north of the intersection of North Riverside Ave. and State Ave. Links to “Temporary Drop Box Location” and “Downtown Parking Map” are available under Project Documents.

Geneva Construction has started saw cutting and preparing for curb and sidewalk removal and replacement.
