Scam Alerts

The St. Charles Police Department has seen a recent uptick in online scams leading to fraud over the last couple of weeks. Many of these fraudulent incidents have occurred while the victim has been using the internet. Listed below is a friendly reminder on what to do and what not to do when using the internet.

Update 7/20/20

This week the contractor will directional drill the water main along the north leg of 2nd Avenue, and will begin preparing for the watermain installation along Delnor Avenue.

Update - 7/02/20

Next week the contractor will begin water main replacement.  Notice:  Mailbox bank will be installed and will be utilized beginning Monday, July 6th.  Existing mailboxes will be temporarily bagged/covered to eliminate confusion.
