No, you can make a one-time payment through our online portal without creating a profile. You will need your utility account number located on your bill.
*Please note* ALL payments made using our payment processor or IVR (interactive voice response) phone number will be charged a $3.95 fee per transaction.
You may still make your payment in-person, at one of our four utility payment drop box locations, through the mail, or through other existing methods.
