Work is continuing in the West garage. On Tuesday, September 2, the 5th Level repairs and remaining caulk installations on the ramps from Level 2 down will be completed.

Conduit installation, water main and storm sewer utility work will continue this week.
Monument relocations and site grading are also planned for this week.
Paving and leving binder will be put put down Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
Utility structure adjustments in the pavement and restoration of disturbed landscape areas will begin at the end of this week and continue into next week.
Final surface paving will begin the middle of the next week.
The 2014 Street Rehabilitation Project has been substantially completed, except for landscape restoration, which includes sod, in disturbed areas.
Landscape restoration will commence after September 1, 2014, per the contract agreement.
ALamp pressure tested and chlorinated the water main and will be sampling the water main this week.
Electric conduit installation has begun and they expect to finish electrical conduit installation.
ALamp will excavate and install the monument foundations and install irrigation tap and put new water main in service (Saturday 8.30.14).
Pavement grinding work performed by Geneva Construction crews has commenced as of August 14, 2014 and is expected to continue through the end of the week.
Geneva Construction is scheduled to place a leveling binder course of hot-mix asphalt on Tyler Road and repair driveway aprons prior to the first day of school, August 20, 2014.
Phase Two curb and sidewalk repairs have completed on all streets.
Phase Three pavement replacement has been completed on all streets.
Last week underground utility construction reached substantial completion. Testing of those utilities will commence early this week with expected completion mid-week.
This week, Electric conduit work is anticipated to commence mid-week for lighting along the riverwalk and future plaza. This work will continue into the following week. Some excavation may begin at the end of the week pending electric conduit progress.
The schedule of work for the week of August 11 is as follows:
Water main and storm sewer work will continue, and is expected to be completed by the middle of this week.
Electric and AT&T utility work will continue this week. Riverside Avenue will be open with partial lane closures when utility crossing are taking place.
Site grading is to begin the middle of this week after the water main and storm sewer work is finished.
Phase Two curb and sidewalk repairs have completed on all streets except Ohio Avenue.
Phase Three pavement replacement has been completed on all streets.
